Why do I need a Will and Powers of Attorney for property and personal care?

• You need a Will in order to ensure that, in the event of your death, your estate is distributed the way you want at the lowest possible cost.
• You need a Power of Attorney for property to ensure that if you become incapable of managing your property, for whatever reason, someone you trust will be able to do so at the lowest possible expense.
• You need a Power of Attorney for personal care to ensure that if you become incapable of making decisions regarding your health care and treatment, someone you trust will be able to do so.
• How do you get a Will Questionnaire - Your Will Questionnaire comes in your Membership Welcome Kit. Simply complete the package and deliver it back to your Legal Provider Firm.

• Unmarried, dependent children under the age of 21 who reside at the member's residence
• Unmarried, dependent children under the age of 25 who reside at the member's residence who are full time students
• Dependent children who are physically or mentally disabled and reside at the member's residence
• Dependent children can be the natural or adopted children of the member
• Family Legal & Financial/Accounting Plans will cover small businesses with 3 employees or less and 2 owners or less who each own a plan.
